People always ask...
"How did you come up with the name Bella Rose? "
The cafe was named after my mothers mother Remedios Drake. She is our culinary muse, although only in spirit. Grandma Reme, as I called her, owned a restaurant in San Francisco, California that she named Marylin's Cafe after my mother & her daughter. Grandma was an amazing cook, so the cafe my mother & I have created is a tribute to her.
